Mark Hamill

Mark Richard Hamill (/ˈhæmɪl/; born September 25, 1951) is an American stage, screen and voice actor. He is primarily known for playing Luke Skywalker, a protagonist of the original Star Wars film trilogy (Star Wars (1977), The Empire Strikes Back (1980) and Return of the Jedi (1983)), a role he reprised in Star Wars: The Force Awakens (2015) and Star Wars: The Last Jedi (2018). He is also known for his voice acting in animation and video games, especially for his portrayal of the Joker, beginning with Batman: The Animated Series in 1992.
