Return of the Jedi

Richard Marquand directs all the guys in the sequel to Empire. The first bit of business is rescuing Han Solo who has been taken prisoner by Jabba the hutt. Then they gather for a meeting where details of the new death star are reveaeld. Solo, Leia and Luke lead a group to the forest planet of Endor to shut down a shield that protects the new death star. Then Calrissian is able to make his attack. Luke faces his father again.

Often regarded perhaps unfairly as the worst one, this is a quiet magnificent conclusion once you get over your teddy bear and puppet hatred. Iironically its the one that benefits the most from the new changes they made. Ford is outclassed for once by a steadily maturing Mark Hamill. Its got all the fights you could wish for. Great fun.
